This policy applies to orders placed at goldrootlabs.com. It sits alongside your legal rights and does not replace them.

Our 60-day money-back guarantee
If Goldroot Berberine Complex isn't right for you, contact us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price — even if the bottle has been opened. Email info@goldrootlabs.com with your order number and we'll take care of it. You won't need to return a part-used bottle.

Your statutory cancellation rights (UK and EU)
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For health and hygiene reasons, sealed supplements cannot be returned under this 14-day right once they have been opened, but our 60-day guarantee above still applies either way. To cancel, email info@goldrootlabs.com. Where a return applies, we refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or proof that you have sent them.

Subscription orders
You can cancel a subscription at any time before your next renewal, with no cancellation fee, via your account or by emailing info@goldrootlabs.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund an order that has already been dispatched, though the 60-day guarantee above still applies to it.

How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days of approval, depending on your bank. The original shipping charge is non-refundable except where an item was faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email info@goldrootlabs.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping you paid, at no cost to you. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Changes and cancellations before dispatch
Email us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We can usually amend it before it ships; once it has left the warehouse, the returns terms above apply.
