Where we ship, how long it takes, and what to expect.

Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You'll receive an order confirmation, followed by tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery times
We fulfil orders from our international warehouses. Estimated delivery once dispatched. We are experiencing high demand so please allow for longer delivery times: 

  • United Kingdom: 6 to 8 business days
  • United States: 8 to 15 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand, Netherlands and Sweden: 8 to 15 business days

Tracking is provided on every order. These are estimates and can vary at busy periods.

Shipping cost
A flat shipping charge applies to every order and is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Customs and import duties
For orders shipped internationally, any customs charges, import duties or local taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the product price or shipping charge.

Wrong address, lost or delayed orders
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout; we cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If your order has not arrived within the window above, email info@goldrootlabs.com and we will help track it down.
